How the Facebook Algorithm works in simple terms.

AS WE HAVE SEEN FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS, FACEBOOK POSTS HAVE BEEN DECREASING ORGANIC AND PAID REACH CONSISTENTLY, THIS IS DUE TO VARIOUS FACTORS:

  • There are more and more pages on  Facebook every day.
  • There are more  and more people advertising on Facebook every day.
  • It  is physically impossible to receive all your friends’ & pages posts in your feed.

To solve the problem of space on your wall, Facebook designed its famous algorithm.

Basically, the Facebook rule is: If you interact with an account, it will continue to show you its content, this applies to both business and personal pages.

Have you noticed that you have friends on Facebook, but it has been a long time since you saw their posts? You even thought that they deleted you … but no, what happens is that you have not interacted with their account in a while. Try this out:  find a friend, like some of their posts, leave them a comment and see how their following  posts start to appear.

The same applies to business accounts. If you offer attractive content and your customers interact with your posts, the following posts are automatically shown to them. It is also important to promote selected posts to reach a wider audience and thus generate more interaction.
